- Hardware - is a general term that refers to the physical artifacts of a technology. In this context it means the physical components of a computer system, in the form of computer hardware. The processor, hard drive, optical drive and motherboard are all examples of Hardware
- HTTP - This is the main 'carrier' which makes web pages appear when you go to any site. Technically, its an application-level protocol for distributed, collaborative, hypermedia information systems. Its use for retrieving inter-linked resources led to the establishment of the World Wide Web.
- Heatsink - is an environment or object that absorbs and dissipates heat from another object using thermal contact (either direct or radiant). Heat sinks are used in computers to draw heat from the processor and ensure your system stay cools. Normally they have a cooling fan attached so that the hot air drawn from the heatsink, escapes out.
- HDMI - is a compact audio/video interface for transmitting uncompressed digital data. It represents a digital alternative to consumer analog standards, such as Radio Frequency (RF) coaxial cable.
- High Definition - formats that have a higher resolution than their contemporary counterparts
- Hard Disk - is a non-volatile storage device that stores digitally encoded data on rapidly rotating platters with magnetic surfaces
- Hard Drive - is a computer storage device.
- Hyperlink - is a reference in a document to an external or internal piece of information. The most common usage is in the Internet to browse through web pages: some text in the current document is highlighted so that when clicked, the browser automatically displays another page or changes the current page to show the referenced content.
